You will need to sign the required "Policy and Procedures" document right after you sign in. Please read through this. Also, please remember to verify your coverage with insurance, which can be obtained by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. (Ask them what your out of pocket expenses for office visits for mental health).
After you complete your registration, you will also be able to schedule appointments, and send messages to your provider. (Due to limited space, scheduling requires a card on file).
